Money-Back Guarantee

We provide the following money-back guarantees for our hosting services:

Monthly Plans: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Yearly Plans: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period. After the refund period has passed, no refunds will be issued.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

Domain Registrations: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded or canceled.

Renewal Fees: Fees for renewing services or domains are non-refundable.

Add-ons or Custom Services: Any additional services purchased along with the hosting plan are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Contact our support team via support@rjhost.in within the applicable refund period.

Provide your account details and the reason for the cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval of your request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Important Notes

The money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a hosting plan. Renewals, upgrades, or second-time purchases are not eligible for a refund.

Misuse of the service, violation of our Terms & Conditions, or engagement in prohibited activities will result in ineligibility for refunds.

Refunds are not applicable for payments made via promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
